QLD Q: In our development a lot intended for the caretaker included provisions to make improvements to the exclusive use area without seeking approval. However, the lot was sold to an owner. Can the provisions now be removed?
WA Q: In our 3 lot strata, the other two owners have been reimbursing themselves for work done on their lot by paying reduced strata fees. There is no approval for the expenses and the owners have not submitted receipts. Is this allowed?

NSW Q: Our AGM was held about 5 months ago. I did not attend. A motion was passed for a special levy. I recently requested a copy of the minutes and have been advised that the Strata Manager has not produced them. Are their timeframes for the distribution of AGM minutes?
QLD Q: BCM claims that our service provider received the majority of votes for renewal of the contract at the AGM. They state that they destroyed the ballots and never handed them to the returning officer as they were secret. I contend that this makes the ballot invalid. Am I wrong or right?
