NSW Q: We've requested approval to install a cat net over our covered balcony. The request has been denied, although other balconies have bamboo screening, etc. What do we do now?
QLD Q: Our Body Corporate has had an administrator appointed. Does the administrator have a right to make decisions without consulting lot owners? How far does their authority reach?
NSW: We changed strata managers. The previous strata manager provided electronic records to the new manager, but they were incompatible and never accessed. Does this gap in records impose any legal liability on our OC?
