Our goal at LookUpStrata has always been to hopefully make everyone's day a little easier (both lot owners and strata managers). It was fantastic to read a LinkedIn post from one of our WA Strata Manager Contributors about the practical applications of the content we push out. Thanks for the feedback Jordan Dinga from Abode Strata:

"Today at a Zoom AGM we were deciding the best way forward with pest inspections. An owner quickly found a suitable best practice using LookUpStrata Pty Ltd - making their life and my life just a bit easier.... A truly amazing community for sharing so many complimenting industries knowledge! #thankyou"

Let us know if we've made your strata life a little easier ❤️

NSW: Annual reporting for strata schemes

The NSW Government wants to better understand the needs of the strata sector. To achieve this, owners corporations would need to report on and verify key information each year. The information to be reported covers basic details about the scheme as well as some core building, safety and management information.
New regulation asks strata schemes to provide key information.
