WA: What’s the Purpose of My Reserve Fund’s 10 Year Plan?

WEBINAR: 2:30 pm, Thurs 3 Dec
After receiving the strata company‘s 10 year plan, many lot owners ask us “What do I do with it now?”. They know the strata company must have a 10 year plan but they don’t understand its purpose or how this affects the type of report they should commission.
We will be stepping you through the process plus, time permitting, Kaylene Arkcoll, Leary & Partners will address Q&As as part of the session.
