• Demand management control and EV charging

• Who replaces an apartment door damaged by the Fire Department?
NSW Q: If our owners corporation continuously adopts capital works levies well below figures in our ten-year plan, are there fines or penalties that could be imposed?
WA Q: At our last AGM, 8 council members were elected. The strata manager defended the decision stating one or two people would drop out. The process was not adequately recorded in the minutes. What happens now?
NSW Q: Due to loose wiring connections in my new unit's internal switchboard, I have an invoice for an after hours callout from an electrician. Who pays the bill?
NAT: We had the unit plan revalued for insurance purposes. The official valuation was lower than the value the complex had been insured for. How can the OC ensure we are insured for the “correct” amount?
QLD Q: We have maintenance and improvements that are required as per the legislation. What happens when, at the general meeting, the owners don't approve the spending?
QLD Q: A motion for no online meetings was defeated. If the committee is determined to stop electronic meetings, can they ignore the AGM outcome and carry out the defeated motion?
