QLD Q: A motion for no online meetings was defeated. If the committee is determined to stop electronic meetings, can they ignore the AGM outcome and carry out the defeated motion?
WA Q: If a person holds a proxy and casts a vote on an issue, is their proxy vote automatically cast, or do they have to state they are also casting a proxy vote?
NSW Q: As owners are not allowed to speak at committee meetings unless given permission, are there any exceptions to this? Can the committee resolve at the meeting to permit a person to speak?
