ACT Q: Our block of units has constant issues with the delivery of our hot water. Although we've reported the issue, the strata manager will not take any action. What can we do?
NSW Q: Does the SC have the right to place religious icons (e.g. Buddhas) around the common area without all lot owners’ permission? If this offends a lot owners' religious beliefs, should the icons be removed?
NSW Q: Years ago our OC verbally agreed to residents parking on common property in front of their garages. Recently, they've issued a notice stating residents must not park on common property in visitor parking and the turning bay. Can the OC create different rules for different areas of common property?
TAS: Where buildings are on separate titles, is an owner obliged to provide the body corporate with a copy of the policy, or other notification? We have 7 units on our plan with no shared roofs/walls. One lot owner is refusing to advise whether his unit is insured or not.

QLD Q: Our body corporate and caretaker are hounding us to repair a leak at the front of our lot. Our thorough investigations point to the responsibility of the body corporate, however the committee are still insisting we are responsible.
