We published our very first strata newsletter back in June 2013!
Over the years, the newsletters have gone from fortnightly to two editions per week and our subscriber list has increased substantially. We now send the newsletter to over 12,000 subscribers every Monday and Wednesday!
Whether you've been with us from the very beginning, or you've only just discovered LookUpStrata, we thank you for your support and interest.
To celebrate this huge achievement, we ran a competition with the chance to win a prepaid $500 Visa Card. The winner has been drawn:
CONGRATULATIONS: Denise M., NSW Lot Owner
Please stand by Denise. We'll be in touch with you today via email to arrange delivery. Thank you to everyone who entered the competition and took the time to tell us what they like about LookUpStrata and what we can do better. We have some fantastic feedback and suggestions to consider, so stand by for more.
Here are just a few of the wonderful comments we received:
'When I put my hand up to be Committee secretary - I had no idea of what the role really meant! I was clueless! But now - LookUpStrata is my “go to bible”. I find it easy to search for the answers to the issues our committee need to solve.'
'I am new to Body Corporate and I am part of a self managed scheme and am joint Secretary /Treasurer and each time I read your magazine, I learn something.'
'I love all the various questions that people put to you and you always find the most appropriate person to answer that particular query. It's always commonsense answers that guides us in making decisions whether we are a lot owner or a member of a body corporate committee.'
'It's the best and most professional body corporate information source a strata manager could have! Thanks to the whole team!'
