Randwick, Waverley and Woollahra Councils have teamed up with Sydney Water to make it easy for apartment buildings in Sydney’s east to save on water bills with simple fixes. The WaterFix® Strata service is an affordable end-to-end service to fix leaks and install water efficient equipment inside apartments and common areas.
NSW Sustainable and Resilient Strata Communities SURVEY
The City of Sydney invites owner-occupiers, investors and tenants of strata buildings in Greater Sydney to complete an online survey. Your input will help the City shape programs and resources that promote connected, thriving and resilient communities.
National: Cladding concerns for homeowners SURVEY
You are invited to participate in RMIT University’s research project ‘Cladding concerns for homeowners’.  We are interested in learning more about scale of the problems associated with the combustible cladding issue, and how far along the process of cladding rectification your building is. The results could help shape government action by providing research evidence into construction cladding crisis responses. A link to a short ten question online survey (including a plain language statement, description of your rights, and consent selection) is included below:
NSW FREE 2hr Training on Flammable Cladding Removal from Multi-Unit Apartments in NSW through a program is known as Project Remediate.
This course is aimed at strata managers and committee members (for schemes that are self-managed) to help them understand the program and explain it to lot owners who will decide whether their strata scheme should join.
