NSW Q: Is there a code of conduct for owners corporations in NSW. I am especially interested in privacy regarding matters between the owners corporation and the owners.
VIC Q: I would like to know if it is legal in Victoria for our strata committee to conduct our annual general meeting via zoom? I believe this is not permitted.
QLD: If all of the roof is taken up by one lot, does that mean there should be an easement registered against the property, and should there be something in the bylaws as well?
QLD Q: Our building insurance is due soon. We intend to pay the insurance premium from the sinking fund and then recover this money from the administration fund over the year as lot owners pay their fees. Is this allowed?
NSW Q: I am the sole committee person (Treasurer / Secretary and Chairperson) in our 7 lot scheme with one other lot owner as a committee member. He's only concerned is his lot. How can I remove him from the committee?

National: Cladding concerns for homeowners SURVEY
You are invited to participate in RMIT University’s research project ‘Cladding concerns for homeowners’. We are interested in learning more about scale of the problems associated with the combustible cladding issue, and how far along the process of cladding rectification your building is. The results could help shape government action by providing research evidence into construction cladding crisis responses. NSW FREE 2hr Training on Flammable Cladding Removal from Multi-Unit Apartments in NSW through a program is known as Project Remediate.
