Early next month, we are delighted to be joined by Leanne Habib from Premium Strata to answer NSW Strata Q&As and discuss the rollback of COVID-19 strata amendments in NSW which, among other things, relaxed the manner in which to vote at meetings (eg electronic voting is no longer automatically permissible) and extended the time by which the first annual general meeting had to be held. Don't miss this important and timely webinar. Join us as we discuss the changes, detail what this means for you and answer questions you have about NSW Strata and apartment living.
