WA Q: Our strata manager informed the Strata Council 2 weeks after the AGM that the levies are invoiced with a 2 month lag. The suggested increase exerts financial pressure on all lot owners personal cash flow with only a few days notice of this change. What can we do?

NAT: Deakin University - Strata Insurance Industry Survey

Deakin University is undertaking research with the aim of providing a comprehensive data driven analysis of the strata insurance industry in Australia and New Zealand and to demonstrate the value of strata managers to both the strata insurance industry and consumers of strata insurance.
They are seeking participation from strata lot owners in order to better understand the extent to which lot owners understand the strata insurance process, the legal requirements relating to strata insurance, and the level of interaction with manager, insurers and brokers.
