WA: Going to Friday's
CHU SCA (WA) 2020 Convention?
LookUpStrata has an exhibition table at the event.
Drop by our exhibition stand to say hi, grab a Free Maintenance Plan Checklist, pick up the latest copy of The WA Strata Magazine and enter our Door Prize to win a $300 voucher to Crown Perth - plus loads more!
We look forward to seeing you there.
NSW Q: Water has entered the external wall of our building and has damaged a section of the floating floor of a lot owners apartment. Is the repair the responsibility to be compensated by the buildings insurance?
QLD Q: Members of the Committee have access to the CCTV on their phones. Is this legal? There is no control of what other parties may be shown footage. E.G. pool areas etc.
NSW Q: If a committee member submits a motion they have a vested interest in, shouldn't they abstain from voting? Should the strata manager enforce this?
