Stand by for our 1st Facebook Live Q&A Session ASK US ANYTHING (NSW STRATA RELATED) On Wed 24 Jun at Midday AEST we'll be joined by Rod Smith, The Strata Collective
to answer your NSW Strata questions.
We'd received a lot of NSW questions so far. Join us on our Facebook page today. We encourage questions during the event. See you there!
The Strata Portal is an online register that collects information from strata schemes across NSW. You can be part of the pilot by entering your building's information by the 30 June.
Question: We've discovered over 40 unauthorised air conditioners installed around the building on common property. They have been accessing common property power. What do we do now?
Question: Can our body corporate decide to reduce the number of garage remotes they supply? At settlement we were provided with 2, but they have now adopted a policy of only 1 remote per car park.
Maintenance Plan forecasts should be updated in line with the size and complexity of your building. Regular updating provides a flow of information that results in greater accuracy of forecasts for complexes of all sizes and complexity.

NAT: Priorities for a post pandemic landlord-renter relationship in Australia
RMIT Invites you to participate in the research project ‘Priorities for a post pandemic landlord-renter relationship in Australia.’ We are interested in learning more about scale of the problems caused by Covid-19 for landlords and tenants. The results could help shape government action by providing research evidence into how to further assist the landlord-renter relationship. You can find out more via this FactSheet. You have until 12 July to complete the survey.
You can complete the survey here. Why not forward the newsletter on if you know of anyone who can assist with the survey. Thank you for your time.
