Question: We moved into our new apartment in Dec 2017. There are 20 apartments on 3 levels above ground and our garages basement underneath. Is this considered a 3 or 4 level apartment block?

Strata Reports Victoria & NSW Question: We live on the ground floor and have up to 20 cigarette butts in our garden each day from a neighbour upstairs. How do we deal with this? We are not sure who is causing the litter.
Question: If a lot owner makes a garden on common property without approval who gives approval for this unauthorised improvement? Is it the body corporate committee or body corporate?
