SA: Shared Solar Rebates - apartments and multi-storey commercial buildings
The Sustainability Incentives Scheme will provide a range of rebates supporting community investment in sustainable technologies. Up to $20,000 per site (with a maximum of $500 per premise, not exceeding 20% of installation costs) – for sharing solar electricity in multi-storey premises (> 20 kW). Applications are now open.
The Department of Planning, Industry and Environment and the Department of Customer Service are seeking feedback on the draft instruments and Regulations that will introduce the state-wide planning framework and mandatory Code of Conduct for short-term-rental accommodation (STRA). The proposed changes are outlined in a Discussion Paper, which also seeks feedback about introducing a new industry-led STRA property register. Public feedback is invited up to 11 September 2019. **LAST CHANCE!

The community and stakeholders are invited to have their say on consultation drafts of new regulations to support the Body Corporate and Community Management Act 1997. Draft regulations, and information about the reforms included in the new regulations and how you can have your say can be found at the Department of Justice and Attorney-General community consultation website page.
Consultation for all draft regulations closes 18 October 2019.
